CONTEST SCHEDULE:

September 1, 2010 – all entries will be numbered & displayed in the store and voting will begin.

September 30, 2010 at 7:00 pm – voting will end.

October 4, 2010 – winners will be called or e-mailed & the winning photos will be displayed in the store.

All proceeds benefit Spay Neuter Indiana Pets "SNIP".
$1.00 per vote. (You may vote as many times as you'd like).

TO VOTE:
• stop by the General Merchandise counter
• get a voting card
• write the photo number, pet's name & number of votes/dollars
• return the voting card & money to a General Merchandise Associate

1st - 5th place prizes will be awarded.

PET PHOTO CONTEST PRIZES:
1st PRIZE: $125.00 SSHD Gift Card + (3) Pet Products.
2nd PRIZE: $100.00 SSHD Gift Card + (3) Pet Products.
3rd PRIZE: $75.00 SSHD Gift Card + (2) Pet Products.
4th PRIZE: $50.00 SSHD Gift Card + (2) Pet Products.
5th PRIZE: $25.00 SSHD Gift Card, + (1) Pet Product.
