"Unfortunately my 2007 touring bike was hit last August..and I just picked up my bike 8 months later... (READ ON)... Although, by no fault of Southside Harley and More importantly Chris, delays from insurance, getting parts and a custom tank being packed wet..it took time.
Most customers wouldn't write a letter of praise if it took that long, but I am. Why? Because the dealership showed empathy, they understood and they worked hard to make everything perfect. They kept in contact, showed humor, and wanted my Harley to be returned to me as it was (showroom new with 500 miles on it). I judge people on the work they do, how they handle adversity and their job. Chris couldn't have done anything better to make me a satisfied customer.
So when we talk about having work done-- Southside, when we talk about a caring business- Southside.. when we talk about someone providing superior customer service, we talk about Chris and Southside Harley.

"Your service department is top notch. I bought my Ultra used through a private sale, but the service department treats me like I've bought several new bikes from SSHD. Sam and Mike have been very helpful and friendly every time I come in for service. They have always allowed me all the time I needed to get my questions answered and being a new bike rider I've had a lot of questions. When I was interested in getting my bike dyno tuned, Sam took the time to show me the dyno chamber and introduced me to Dave. Later Dave dyno tuned my bike and was very helpful and willing to explain the results fully. He asked me to contact him if I had any further questions and gave me his card. The service guys are great and are always willing to please!"

"Recently we decided to put the Rinehart dual exhaust on our '07 Street Glide. Despite differences in opinions within Southside Harley, the outcome was great! Everyone worked together to give us exactly what we wanted. The bike sounds great and looks great! "My wife and I just purchased a 2007 883 custom and it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. It was quick but not hurried which is hard to do. Bill our salesperson was very helpful and professional he made sure my wife knew how to start her new bike and answered all of our questions and so did Doug they both were just great. I have a 1978 FXE and have had to buy parts for it and I always come to Southside Harley and never have a problem and if I have a question if the parts guys can't answer it service has always been glad to assist me. I now reside in Columbus, Ohio and will drive three hours to get my Motorcycles serviced the RIGHT WAY the FIRST TIME. Owning two 1960's Early Electraglides and a recently purchased Ultra Classic, when I need service-parts, I will continue to visit my Home-Southside HD where I know I will be Treated Right! "I have an HD dealership not too far from home. I go there often for parts or accessories, they never have what I want. I packed up one day and rode a long way in the cold to visit your store. You had EVERYTHING I needed in stock. I went home happy. I needed a luggage item I went to my local dealer, not in stock. Again I rode a long way to visit your shop I had several similar items to pick from. Needless to say even though its a long trip I'll skip the place thats close to home from now on & come straight to Southside. When it's time for a new bike again I'll come straight to Southside.
