H-D® EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN BENEFITS

Comprehensive Coverage: All repairs will be performed by factory trained technicians at an H-D® dealership using Genuine H-D® Motor Parts (when available).

Nationwide Repair Location Assistance: In case of a covered breakdown, our H-D™ Service Center can direct you to the nearest H-D® dealership for repairs.

Minimize Unexpected Repair Costs: You’ll pay a $50 deductible per claim for a covered repair at an H-D® dealership and no deductible for covered Expense Reimbursement Package benefits.

Expense Reimbursement Package: When a covered breakdown occurs on the road, you can receive up to $75 per day ($750 max.) for a rental vehicle, $150 per day ($450 max.) for meals and lodging, and up to $200 for towing to a Harley-Davidson® dealership.

Contract Transfer: If you sell your bike, you can transfer any remaining coverage to the next owner. This can increase the resale value.

BENEFITS:

• Coverage - H-D Tire & Wheel Protection will pay to repair or replace your tires and or wheels if damaged due to contact with a road hazard.  This includes mounting, balancing, inner tubes, valve stems, labor, and taxes.*
• $0 Deductible - There is no deductible for covered repairs with this protection and no additional exclusions for damages from roadway construction zones.
• Nationwide Harley-Davidson Repair Location Assistance - We're ready to assist when a breakdown occurs.  The H-D Service Center will direct you to the nearest H-D dealer for repairs.
• The Only H-D Tire & Wheel Protection - All repairs are performed at your H-D dealership.
• Transfer Your Contract - If you sell your motorcycle, you can transfer your protection to the next owner for a $25 fee.  This is an excellent way to increase your motorcycle's resale value!*

EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT:

• Rental Reimbursement - H-D will reimburse from $75 per day to $750 for rental vehicle charges when a covered failure occurs.*
• Travel/Lodging Reimbursement - H-D will reimburse you for meals and lodging up to $150 per day to a maximum of $450 per occurrence in case your trip is interrupted by a covered failure and you're more than 100 miles away from home.*
• Towing Reimbursement - H-D will reimburse you for up to $200 per occurrence to help get you to a Harley-Davidson dealer.*

Paint & Chrome Protector

guards against the elements, like salt, tree sap, hard water, bird droppings, insects, acid rain, and more. It will defend your chrome against the environment. If covered damage does occur, affected areas will be repaired and retreated.

Leather & Vinyl Protector

repels stains from ink, lotions, food, drink, and more. It will be protected from cracks, tears, rips, or loose stitching caused by weather or  UV weakening. Rips or tears less than 2" in length or punctures less than 0.25" in diameter will be repaired or replaced and retreated.

The NEW Harley-Davidson® Theft Protection Product protects you and your assets by deterring theft, aiding in recovery, and, if necessary, helping you purchase a replacement motorcycle. It’s available on new or pre-owned H-D® motorcycles and is fully transferable if you sell your bike to a private party. It’s a small price to pay for the added peace of mind.

DataDot™ Technology is an innovative security marking system. Each 1 mm-sized DataDot™ has unique information etched into its surface. Each kit has its own unique code, including an identification number and Safe-Guard's 800 number. 500 DataDots™ are mixed with a UV/blacklight-sensitive adhesive that can be applied to any surface for permanent identification and marking. They are simple to apply and are recommended by police and insurance companies.
